Our online store is powered by Shopify, which enables us to provide the Services to you.

These Terms of Service (“Terms”), together with the policies referenced herein, describe your rights and responsibilities when you access or use our Services or purchase products from us.

By visiting, interacting with or using our Services, you agree to these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree to these Terms, you should not use the Services.

We reserve the right to discontinue products or limit quantities where reasonably necessary.

Custom-made and personalized products may differ slightly from digital previews due to differences in materials, printing processes, garment construction, colors and display settings.

When you place an order, you are making an offer to purchase the products in your order.

We reserve the right to accept or decline an order where reasonably necessary, including in cases of product unavailability, payment problems, suspected fraud, incorrect pricing or other errors.

Payment must be successfully processed before an order can be fulfilled.

Please review your order carefully before submitting it, particularly the product, size, color, quantity, design, customization details and shipping address.

If there is a problem with an order, we will attempt to contact you using the contact information provided with the order.

Returns, exchanges, cancellations and refunds are subject to our Refund, Return & Cancellation Policy, available through the policy links on our website.

SECTION 4 – CUSTOM AND PERSONALIZED PRODUCTS

Customers are responsible for ensuring that information, artwork, text, images, sizes, colors and other specifications submitted for custom or personalized products are correct.

Where customer approval of artwork, design or specifications is requested, production may begin after that approval is received.

Custom-made or personalized products are not eligible for voluntary return or exchange once production has started, except where the product is defective, damaged, incorrect, or we have made an error with the order, and subject to rights provided by applicable law.

Cancellation of a custom or personalized order is normally possible only before production has started.

By providing artwork, logos, photographs, text or other material for a custom product, you confirm that you have the necessary rights or permission to use and reproduce that material.

We reserve the right to refuse custom content that we reasonably believe violates applicable law or the intellectual property rights of another person or organization.

SECTION 5 – PRICES AND PAYMENT

Product prices displayed on our online store are shown in Thai Baht (THB) unless otherwise clearly indicated.

Prices, discounts and promotions may change from time to time. The applicable product price is the price displayed when the order is placed, subject to correction of obvious pricing or technical errors.

Shipping costs may vary depending on the destination country, delivery address, shipping method and order details. Applicable shipping charges are calculated and displayed during checkout before payment is completed.

International orders may also be subject to customs duties, import taxes, VAT or other charges imposed by the destination country. Unless otherwise stated, such charges are the customer's responsibility.

You agree to provide current, complete and accurate purchase and payment information.

SECTION 6 – SHIPPING AND DELIVERY

Standard orders are normally processed within 1–2 business days.

Custom-made and personalized orders normally require 1–3 business days of production time, depending on the customer's design, materials and other order requirements.

Estimated delivery within Thailand is normally 1–4 business days after shipment.

Estimated international delivery is normally 7–21 business days after shipment, depending on destination, shipping method, customs processing and local delivery services.

Delivery times are estimates and may be affected by shipping carriers, customs, public holidays, weather conditions or other circumstances outside our reasonable control.

SECTION 7 – RETURNS, REFUNDS AND CANCELLATIONS

Standard products may be eligible for return when a return is requested within 7 days after receiving the order, subject to the conditions in our Refund, Return & Cancellation Policy.

Returned products must generally be unused, unworn, unwashed and in the same condition as received, including original tags, packaging and accessories.

Returned products will be inspected before a refund is approved.

For voluntary returns, such as when a customer changes their mind, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs except where otherwise required by applicable law.

Custom-made and personalized products are not eligible for voluntary return or exchange except where defective, damaged, incorrect, or where we made an error with the order, subject to applicable consumer protection laws.

Standard orders may be cancelled before shipment. Custom-made or personalized orders may normally be cancelled only before production has started.

Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method in accordance with our Refund, Return & Cancellation Policy.

Nothing in these Terms is intended to exclude or limit mandatory consumer rights under applicable law.

SECTION 8 – INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

The content of the Services, including our text, graphics, images, photographs, designs, logos, trademarks and other content, is owned by or licensed to Tee Design Store / Salim Co., Ltd., except where otherwise indicated.

You may use the Services for lawful personal purposes. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, sell or commercially exploit our protected content without authorization from the relevant rights holder.

Shopify's name, trademarks and related intellectual property belong to Shopify or its respective rights holders.

Tee Design Store is powered by Shopify, which provides the ecommerce technology used to operate our online store.

Products purchased through Tee Design Store are sold by Salim Co., Ltd., not by Shopify.
