Refund, Return & Cancellation Policy

At Tee Design Store, we want our customers to be satisfied with their purchase. Please read our return, refund and cancellation policy below.

7-Day Return Policy

You may request a return within 7 days after receiving your order.

To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, unworn, unwashed and in the same condition as when you received it. All original tags, packaging and any accessories included with the product must also be returned in their original condition.

A receipt or proof of purchase is required.

To request a return, please contact us at teebkkteam@gmail.com before sending the product back. Items returned without first contacting us may not be accepted.

Return Shipping

For voluntary returns, such as when a customer changes their mind, the customer is responsible for the return shipping costs, except where otherwise required by applicable law.

If the product is defective, damaged, incorrect, or we made an error with your order, please contact us so that we can review the issue and arrange an appropriate solution. Where the return is due to our error or a defective, damaged or incorrect product, we will cover the reasonable return shipping costs where applicable.

Return Inspection

All returned items will be inspected after we receive them.

To qualify for a refund, the product must meet the return conditions stated above. The product, original tags, packaging and any accessories included with the product must be returned in their original condition.

If a returned product does not meet these conditions, we may refuse the voluntary return or refund, subject to applicable consumer protection laws.

Damaged, Defective or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order when you receive it.

If your product is defective, damaged, incorrect, or you received a different product from the one you ordered, please contact us as soon as possible at teebkkteam@gmail.com.

Please provide your order number, a description of the problem and clear photographs of the product so that we can review the issue.

Custom and Personalized Products

Products that are custom-made, personalized or produced specifically according to a customer's specifications are not eligible for voluntary return or exchange.

This does not apply where the product is defective, damaged, incorrect, or Tee Design Store made an error with the order, and does not limit any rights available under applicable consumer protection laws.

Exchanges

If you would like to exchange a standard product for another size or product, please contact us at teebkkteam@gmail.com.

Exchanges are subject to product availability. The customer is responsible for return shipping for voluntary exchanges unless the product is defective, damaged, incorrect, or the error was made by us.

Order Cancellation

If you wish to cancel an order, please contact us as soon as possible at teebkkteam@gmail.com.

Standard orders may be cancelled before they have been shipped.

For custom-made or personalized products, cancellation is possible only before production has started. Once production of a custom or personalized product has started, the order cannot normally be cancelled.

Once a standard order has been shipped, it can no longer be cancelled but may be eligible for return in accordance with this Return Policy.

These cancellation conditions are subject to any rights available under applicable consumer protection laws.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned product, we will notify you whether the refund has been approved.

If approved, the refund will be issued to the original payment method.

Please note that banks, credit card companies and payment providers may require additional processing time before the refund appears in your account.

For voluntary returns, original shipping charges are not refundable except where otherwise required by applicable law.
